Full Job Description and Essential Job Duties
- Manage assigned ‘bid’ and ‘negotiated’ projects from start to finish.
- Develop strong client relationships to ensure personal and company professional image.
- Responsible to ensure overall project accuracy, cost management and profitability.
- Manage change orders through project life cycle.
- Actively communicate with clients to pursue and coordinate new projects.
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistic Operations to ensure all project materials are ordered and delivered promptly on the project timeline.
- Maintain accurate and timely client communication throughout each project.
- Proactively seek new product inventory opportunities and other ways to accelerate and develop improvements for the company.
- Monitor social media platforms for clients looking for or selling oilfield equipment.
Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and direct multiple projects.
- Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient with commercial estimating, social media, and Microsoft Office programs.
- High energy level and the ability to work extended hours if necessary.
- Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Oilfield Sales: 5-7 years (Preferred)
- Social media platforms.
- You need to be a great researcher.
- Wireline and oilfield equipment knowledge and understanding.
Education/Experience
- 5-7 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in the Oilfield Industry.
- Experience with shipping and logistics.
- Cold calling may be necessary.

- Pay is Commission Only-No Base Salary. High-performing reps will be on track to earn up to $100k+ per year.
